Pyramid Manufacturing Company, Inc. was
founded on July 1, 1991. Although the company is fairly young, we are not lacking
experience. The employees at Pyramid have worked an average of 25 years in the custom
upholstered furniture industry. They all started with H.W. Reed's, Inc. H.W.
Reed's was founded in 1945 and closed in June of 1991. Joe Platt and
his wife Barbara, then started Pyramid Manufacturing. All of the former key
employees of H. W. Reed's stayed with them in their move, as did the
interior design firms. We are rated IR2 with Dun and Bradstreet as of 10-1-02. This is the highest rating for our industry.
